This species of turtle, which is native to the Archipelago of Scales, is sadly on the brink of extinction. Alas, it is essential to the reproduction of the Archipelago's endemic birds, due to the nesting box on top of its shell. A collective of Twelvians are getting together to save them from poaching and ensure that you'll still be able to see these animals centuries from now!
