Khamelerost Tongue

It may not look it, but this tongue's actually many large 'ring' muscles. The Khamelerost flicks it out by contracting them. Being mostly incompressible water, their volume can't change, so the rings shrink in diameter, but get thicker, making the tongue much longer almost instantly.
