Leecha Tongued Fricassee

Don't be fooled by appearances: this dish is absolutely delicious. The Leecha Tongue is a somewhat strange looking fish which is strangely reminiscent of a Clementine Boot. The texture of its bitter-sweet flesh is much more digestible than an old sole though.
