Pongloak

The circle in the middle of the Pongloak bounces off one of the sides with each step you take, making a characteristic "pong" sound. Even after years and years of use, a lot of adventurers still find it fun. Maybe the simplest games really are the best! (Place this cape over another, already-equipped cape to change its appearance.)
