A cape in the Samurai Set?! This is the work of some unscrupulous tailor who cares more about selling to his uninformed customers than he does about accuracy. It's his fault this set is not as effective as it could have been if there weren't a cape to hinder your movements in combat. (Place this cape over another, already-equipped cape to change its appearance.)
