Umeshushu

Those are not actually eyeballs floating in the bottle; they're just apriplums. That means they're a lot less creepy than you thought and altogether a poor idea for an Al Howin accessory. But Umeshusu is delicious. Just take a sip and let yourself be carried away on fruit-filled waves of nectar to a land of unsuspected flavour.
