Applies the Temporizer state on the caster and all their Cosmic Perches: • Removes unparryable MP from the caster. • Increases the caster's Power each time they switches places. • Prevents Perches from being destroyed on the caster's next turn. In 3 turns, the Perches are destroyed and inflict Fire damage on enemies in an area of effect. Does not affect Perches in the Disordered state. The effects cannot be unbewitched.
