If the caster enters the Dragocharge 4/4 state: • Increases final heals performed by the caster and their Osamodas summons and allies in an area of effect around them. • Applies the Uncharged state on the caster. Does not affect other Osamodas. The effects on the caster cannot be unbewitched.
