Spells
Triggers all of the caster's runes that are occupied by an enemy: • Inflicts damage on enemies in the rune's element. • Increases the caster's characteristics based on the rune's element for each enemy hit. • Applies the rune's elemental state. Can generate {spell,23876,1::<font color="#ebc304">elemental combinations</font>}.
