Spells
Every time a Bitter-Hammer inflicts damage on enemies, the former's level of Stubbygerness is incremented up to 2 times per turn and 5 times in total. Each level of Stubbygerness increases characteristics depending on the monster (this information is available in its tooltip): • Stubbygerness III gives access to a special spell that is unique to each monster and can be used only 1 time in the fight; • Stubbygerness V gives access to the same special spell, which is more powerful and can be used 1 time per turn. The monster will stay in this state for the duration of the fight.
