Tactical Beacon
Summons a Tactical Beacon that can serve as an obstacle and target. It takes half as much damage from allies, and it is immune to damage from Cra spells that require a target. There can only be one Tactical Beacon per team. If the Tactical Beacon is still on the field when summoned again, the old one is destroyed to make room for the new one.
