On the caster's Accomplice or Xelor's Dial: • Applies the Unmovable state. • Teleports entities symmetrically in relation to them in a 4-cell circle around them. • Sets the cooldown period of the caster's Accomplice and Xelor's Dial spells to 1 turn. • At the start of the Accomplice's or Dial's turn, teleports these entities again. Teleportation does not affect a Synchro and the caster. The effects cannot be unbewitched. Can generate a {spell,24510,1::<font color="#ebc304">Telefrag</font>}.
