Gobnoramus's Lance Head

Young goblins are given spears for their first boar hunt. They will use these lances throughout their lives. They then learn how to clean, wield and sharpen them as they gain independence and legitimacy in the eyes of their camps. The first goblin to own this must have thought it would be a good idea to attach it to the end of a stick and try to gut passers-by with it.
