This cape's refined appearance resembles Fang'e, a Pandawan noble from ancient times who, according to legend, is said to have fled to the moon after a romantic disappointment. The legends don't say whether or not Fang'e can be seen dancing with the wodent that lives there. You'll have to look for yourself.
