Wodent Scarf

Pandalans wear these scarves during the year of the wodent in his honour. Then, they write wishes on the scarves and tie them to the heights of Aerdala. If a scarf flies away, it's believed it will reach the moon where the wodent-in-the-moon will fulfil the wish written on it.
