Servitude's Galley is holding a soul prisoner, and not just any old soul: Draconiros's. The astral dragon is being held by five of Servitude's chains. Since he's too weak, he needs help to break free from his restraints.

8. Take 1 Big Phial to Volkaragnar

9. Take 10 Sulphur Pouch to Volkaragnar

10. Take 2 Sylvan Substrate to Volkaragnar

11. Take 10 Piece of Thrall Chain to Volkaragnar

12. Show 1 Twiggy Hammer to Volkaragnar

13. Throw Volkaragnar's tonic into the mortalava and dip the head of the twiggy hammer into it

14. Get rid of the monsters obstructing access to the column of mortalava and recover the fortified twiggy hammer
