Spells
Summons a static Empty Flask that can be filled with an element with {{spell,25931,1::Alchemical Rhetoric}}. When the flask is attacked by an ally, the ally consumes its contents so that the caster heals them and increases their characteristics based on the contents. When it is destroyed, the flask inflicts damage based on its contents on enemies and on the caster's other flasks in an area of effect. On one of the caster's full flasks: consumes the flask's contents. On one of the caster's empty flasks: destroys the flask and reimburses the AP cost. Using the spell on a flask reimburses the use of the spell on the current turn.
