Applies an end-of-turn Air poison on the targeted enemy and applies the Epidemic state on the enemy: • At the end of the target's turn, spreads the poison and the state to enemies in an area of effect around the target. The caster and their double can act as a target to spread the poison. Does not affect static summons.
